David Kafka

David was Born in Germany, grew up in Columbia, South Carolina.  After graduation he moved to Charleston, SC to start his life as a Firefighter where he was a recipient of a life saver award, SC Fire Academy instructor, drove the fire trucks and excelled in the job. He loved helping people and loved being a Public Servant.  As a side job he started a landscape company that grew and was very successful.

 

Vacation took him and his family to Belize where they fell in love with the country and people, SOLD EVERYTHING and moved his family to Belize and started a real estate business (https://1stchoicebelize.com).  As an agent/broker, David is always in the top 100 agents in the Caribbean and Central America.  As an investor he is developing affordable housing in Belize.  He also educates people on what it takes to move to Belize, how to buy property, building options, development, and starting businesses in one of the fastest growing Caribbean countries.

 

David still loves helping.  He volunteers his time helping the Fire Department and Humane Society in Placencia Village.
